2. General Information

The regulations specifies the terms of selling products offered by www.boho.lu store.

Products presented at boho.lu website are included in the trading offer of BOHO s.c. Company.

Boho.lu store reserves the right to withdraw some products that may be found at the website from selling offer.

The transaction is conducted via the Internet in the form of a remote agreement between the orderer – hereinafter referred to as Customer and boho.lu online shop and it is conducted using polish language by default.

Consolidating, securing and sharing all of the important provisions of the agreements concluded by means of distance communication is executed by passing proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice) to the Customer together with the bought products.

All prices in boho.lu store are gross prices (they include value added tax, customs duty and others taxes), they are expressed in Polish zlotys and do not include postage that is separately provided in the description of each product.

In order to start using this shop is to get acquainted with and to accept the Regulations.

3. Orders

To make purchases from the online shop registered at the domain www.boho.lu and, at the same time, to conclude sale agreement you must place an order on the website of the store filling in an order form.



The data required for processing of the order are the delivery address (name and surname, street, zip code, city) and contact information (name and surname, phone number, e-mail). Orders may be placed any time of the day.

There is no need to register personal data on the website (no need to log on) during placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse implementation of orders which are dubious, i.e. without a phone number or e-mail address, which should be given for order confirmation.

The Customer is allowed to introduce changes or cancel their orders until the moment of sending the product. Making changes to or cancelling an order can be done at hello@boho.lu or by phone: 514060712 (fees charged as per standard connection for each minute, in accordance with the price list of the Customer’s operator).

According to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 833/1997) the Customer’s data (surname, city and e-mail address) will not be made accessible to other companies and third parties and registered Customers shall have the right to view and modify the data collected in the database of the store.

4. Prices of the products and payments


All prices are quoted in Polish zloty. The prices are valid at the time of order placement.

Boho.lu store reserves the right to change prices of the offered products, to introduce new products to the offer, to run and cancel promotional actions on the store website or to implement changes.


The Customer may choose one of the following methods of payment for the ordered products:

In case of need for issuing VAT invoice you should send the accurate data necessary for issuing an invoice in a correct way to hello@boho.lu. For all products that are in the www.boho.lu store we grant 24-months warranty.

5. Costs and date of delivery

Delivery time of the product from our main store is maximally 14 working days from the day of receiving payment for the order.

Dispatch of the products within the area of Poland is executed via UPS courier service, from the moment of sending the product from our store up to the moment of receiving it by the Customer it usually takes 24 hours. The courier service does not deliver products on Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays.

International dispatch is realised only by means of the service provided by Polish Post (registered priority mail or priority package). Expected delivery time in Europe is up to 3 working days.

To each order you should add delivery costs:

  1. Domestic packages delivered via UPS courier service -15 zl
  2. Domestic packages delivered via Polish Post – 11 zl
  3. International packages delivered via Polish Post – 25 zl

We have been doing our best to pack the products in a very solidly way and deliver them to the Customer as soon as possible.

6. Product returns and claims

Products offered in the store are brand new. 


In the event of quality defects being discovered, especially inconsistency with the order, the Customer is obliged to make a complaint via postal system by returning the product together with completed complaint form and the receipt by registered mail to the address: Boho, os. Parkowe Wzgorze 57, 32-031 Mogilany, with a note: „Complaint”.

The Customer shall obtain information regarding the method of processing the complaint within 14 days from the day of receiving the claimed product. In the case of positive response to a complaint lodged by post the Store shall send a full-fledged product (repaired or new one) to the Customer within 14 days; and if this proves impossible full purchase price shall be refunded including delivery costs. In case of complaint rejection the product shall be send back to the Customer with an opinion concerning the reason of rejection. The costs of delivery in this case are non-returnable.


The Customer shall be obliged to check the products at the time of delivery and information on possible damages that occurred in transport should be made in writing at the presence of person delivering the order. The Customer may withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the products and return them do the store with a completed statement on withdrawal from the agreement concluded on a distance to the address: Boho, ul. Wesele 47/4, Krakow 30-127 with a note: „Return”. The product must be returned in the unaltered state – without visible using trace with the proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice). The cost of returning the products is not refundable.

Refunds for returned products shall be paid to the bank account given by the Customer within 3 days from the day of receiving the product by the Store. The amount that includes the price for products covered by the agreement, by which the Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal, and delivery costs shall be refunded.


The Customer has the right to exchange the product for another. Returning the product occurs at the Customer’s cost; the Store sends the product for exchange at its own cost. The product for exchange must be returned in the unaltered state – without visible using trace and in brand box to the address: Boho, ul. Wesele 47/4, 30-127 Krakow with a note: „Exchange”. Details of the exchange should be agreed on via e-mail: hello@boho.lu.


The Store has the right to refuse the returned product if it is damaged or defective, bearing the traces of use.

The store shall not take responsibility for any parcels that require cash on delivery payment.

7. Others

The personal data shall be processed only by: BOHO ul. Wesele 47/4, 30-127 Krakow according to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 101, 2002, item 926, as amended) and the Act on Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 in connection with conclusion of sale-purchase agreement in the store at the domain www.boho.lu.

In any matters not governed herein, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 2 March 2000 concerning protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a hazardous product shall apply.

The right mentioned above cannot be used by business entities that conduct economic activity and additionally ask for VAT invoice. The competent court for any disputes arising under the contract of sale is the court competent for the defendant or the court competent for the registered office. We inform that there is a possibility of pursuing claims amicably out of court.
